Over the past few months I’ve been traveling extensively to research my film The Essene. I’ve been to Israel, Italy, London, Greece, Mexico, and El Salvador — where I attended a Health and Longevity convention to present the Essene story and screen the first cut of the short film. The goal has been to raise both funds and awareness to bring their remarkable story to light.
What many of you don’t know is that during this intense period I’ve also been facing serious health challenges: a recent Lyme disease diagnosis and severe dental infections that have affected my brain and taken me into dark, unknown territory I never imagined I’d have to face. Yet it’s precisely in these difficult times that you discover what truly matters — and who is really there for you.
Art, exploration, and creativity are what have kept me sane. They’ve shown me the beauty of the divine world I’ve been following, and that path has ultimately led me to deeper love and genuine healing.
I’m sharing this because I know many people are going through rough times right now. If you’re in that place, please hear this: there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Even when it feels impossibly dark, just take one more step, one more day. It will pass.
