True Sound of Music.

Music has been my passion for as long as I can remember. It started with playing for fun with friends, then evolved into making records and gaining recognition around the world as a music producer. I've worked with some of the best in the game all over the globe.

But after achieving those markers of success in music, I felt my soul was no longer aligned with what I was doing. I didn't see truth in that work—everything felt like surgical procedures designed to create hits that would sell products. Everyone was playing politics to advance themselves in the industry. I couldn't do it anymore.

It was a profound moment in my life when I received a contract with a large sum of money and offers to become one of the best. But is it really being 'one of the best' if you're creating mediocrity? I didn't feel it. I wanted to explore music and sound at their core, to find the true essence in music.

So, after leaving the industry by saying no to a high-level executive who worked for someone that's been all over the news recently, I started a journey that now makes perfect sense to me.

At some point, I realized that the most authentic music I'd ever heard was music of the moment—improvisation. That's where the real magic happens. I thought to myself: What if this is the way to produce and make records? What if we work through the perspective of improvisation and intuition, rather than the mind, and let that dictate the music that emerges?

That's how I began. First, in Los Angeles, I connected with two great musicians Elnard Jones and Malachi Burgess, and we formed the project BEINGS. We recorded several albums in almost no time because we improvised everything in the moment, then edited the best-sounding parts to create the record.

Then, I had to move to Mexico to treat my Lyme disease. There, I found another two amazing musicians John Amabillis and Pato Pena who shared the same vision, and that's how PBJ was born. We've been playing all over, and the results are incredible—the beauty of showing up to a gig not knowing what you'll play, then just going for it. The crowd becomes a witness to creation in real time. Sometimes there's someone in the audience who's not feeling well, and we'll tune all of our intention toward that person to elevate their experience of life. The feedback that we got from some was “Life changing experience” or some referred to it as “Church”. This has been a true passion project for me, and I'd love for you to listen to some of the albums.

I'm still raising funds for research on the Essenes, the ancient sect that understood the science of the natural order—which we're so missing today. If you'd like to contribute, please click here: GOFUNDME

Hope you have the best week ever and I know it’s hard out there sometimes so be strong good days are coming.

All the best,
